Osman Ibrahim : Male Co-President
My name is Osman Ibrahim, and I am a senior at Hilliard Davidson High School. I participate in Noor All Stars and MIST for the Masjid. For school, I’m involved in Key Club and NHS as a volunteer. Being a member in some youth programs at the Masjid, and seeing all the hard work done by the leaders of the Masjid and the programs inspired me to give back to the Masjid. As the Male Co-President, I hope to work with the rest of the committee to create wonderful programs for our Masjid’s youth inshallah. |
Haanya Ijaz: Female Co-President
Haanya ijaz is the current co-president of the MyImpact committee. She is a junior at Hilliard Davidson. In her free time, she holds the role of Student Council Vice President, participates in Key Club, and is a writer in her school newspaper. Her hobbies include reading, trying new foods, and hanging out with her friends. She is excited to take on this role in MyImpact and hopes this is a successful year! |
Arshiya Ahsan: Treasurer
Arshiya Ahsan is a junior at New Albany High School. Arshiya hopes to contribute to and positively influence the muslim community by being a part of this committee. When she isn’t busy studying, Arshiya likes to dedicate time to play tennis or read with her younger siblings. She also enjoys volunteering at Masjid events and spending time with friends. |

Haleemah Gill: Secretary
Haleemah Gill is a senior at Hilliard Davidson High School. She is excited to be the secretary of MyImpact. She hopes that she can help the youth of the community be more involved and grow.

Haniya Khan: Logistics
Haniya Khan is the female co-photographer of the My Impact Committee. She is a junior at at Dublin Jerome High School and is 16 years old. She is very passionate about the masjid; a creative person and hopes to bring positive energy to the masjid and involve everyone in the Muslim community. |
Maha Khan: IT Chair
Maha is the IT chair for MyImpact as well as a junior at Metro High School. She has experience working as an Assistant Director-Producer and working in Post-Production assistance. This is Maha's first year on the My Impact Committee and she promises to do her very best to keep you updated on news and events regarding My Impact and the Noor Islamic Center. |

Reem Skalli
My name is Reem Skalli. I am a first year MyImpact member, and I am an eighth grader at Hilliard Memorial middle school. I do taekwondo, and help out in my school’s special needs classroom. I volunteer at the Hilliard library and as a Jaguar Ambassador to my school. Some of my hobbies include art, ceramics, and writing. |
Zaneh Mahmoud
Zaneh Mahmoud is 17 years old and attends Hilliard Davidson High School. She enjoys community service, and therefore is apart of Interact club at her high school. In her free time, she loves to hangout with friends, binge watch greys anatomy, and take pictures. She hopes to get more of the youth in the community involved in the masjid through the MYImpact committee iA. |
Aliyah Osman
Aliyah Osman is a junior at Dublin Jerome High School. She enjoys volunteering within her masjid community and is looking forward to help organize this years youth conference. One of her favorite hobbies is traveling with friends. She hopes to make an impact within the committee and having fun while doing so. |
Dena Martini
Dena Martini is a senior at Metro High School. This is Dena’s third year as a part of the MyImpact Committee. She is a diligent and ambitious student with strong abilities. She hopes her various experiences in collaboration and leadership can make a positive impact on the masjid community. |
Souhaila Taha
Souhaila Taha is a senior at Dublin Jerome high school. She enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering as she is a freshman mentor at her school and future president of multicultural club. She hopes that these experiences will help her collaborate with her peers to bring a positive change to the masjid community. |
Mazin Tagelsir
Mazin Tagelsir is a junior at Dublin Scioto high school. He plays basketball and has always been involved in the masjid community. His family is originally from Sudan and he originally lived in Gahanna when he was younger but always came to Noor on the weekends. He is involved in Key club, French club, and interact club at Scioto. He is very excited to continue his second year in MyImpact and help out in the Muslim Community. |
Salma Osman
My name is Salma Osman. I’m a first-year member of the MyImpact Committee and I’m a member of the Poetry Slam Committee. I attend Hilliard Weaver Middle School. I am also currently an 8th grader there. I play on the lacrosse team and volunteer in the Media Center as a Genius Bar student. Some of my interests are sports, photography and poetry. |
Hajira Dada
Salam Alaikum! My name is Hajira Dada and I am a senior at Centennial High School. I am a first year MYImpact member and am very excited to help plan the annual youth conference as Program Committee chair. At school, I am currently involved in National Honors Society as the chapters secretary, I am a senior class officer, and am part of the schools online newspaper, the chssentinel. Outside of school, I like to hang out with my family, eat chipotle, and ironically, watch dramas with my mom. |
Misha Sohail
My name is Misha Sohail and I am 15 years old. I am a first year MyImpact member. I am a sophomore at Worthington Kilbourne High School. At my school, I am a student council representative and I am also a student council cabinet member. I am training to become an archery coach. Some of my hobbies include reading, writing and hanging out with friends. I hope to work with all the other committee members to plan amazing events for this year! |
Damian Merimee
My name is Damian Merimee. I am 16 years old and go to Dublin Jerome High School. I enjoy hanging out with my friends in my free time, and I do boxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu. I also enjoy watching movies and riding my bike. I wanted to join MyImpact because I wanted to make a difference in the community and I also wanted to meet new people and form new friendships. |

Salaam! I’m Hanan Sjah. I’m a junior at Dublin Jerome High School. I’m on the Speech and Debate and Mock Trial team and in my free time I enjoy writing, thrifting, and watching movies. It’s my first year being a part of MYimpact but I was very involved at my masjid back in Toledo so I’m so excited to continue being involved in the muslim community here inshaAllah! |

I'm a senior at Centennial High school and a third year member of MyImpact. At school I’m a varsity Football and Track athlete and parcipate in various clubs such as mock trial, debate and more. My goals and aspirations are to attend the University of Cincinnati as a medical assistant or nursing student. Some of my accomplishments are 2019 Columbus city North Football champs & 2019 AAU track & field national qualifier. |
